Bored?
Why is it that people become bored with Christ? Why is it that people don't want to take the time to read their bible? Why is it that people don't talk to God any more? Why is it that People that say that they are Christian's do not want to participate in any Christian events or reading? Why are people Bored?
I think it is because their faith is not properly placed in Christ Jesus and t…

The Coming Days of Sorrows
I know many today are happy and excited, but as for me I am greatly grieved and sorrowful. I have a bleeding heart and a heavy spirit. I fear for America as we know it. Today many people are eating the recipe of silence mixed with ignorance, and now America will be eating a spread of poison that has been set before them.
As we all know, Obama is going to be our new president. I fear for America. People do not understand what is coming but I know and feel in my heart…

Exodus 15:25-26 (KJV)
25 And he cried unto the LORD; (Moses set the example; there is no help outside of the Lord, but man, even the Church, seems to find difficulty in believing this) and the LORD shewed him a tree, ( the “tree” is a Type of the Cross {Acts 5:30; 10:39; 13:29; Gal. 3:13; 1 Peter 2:24}), which when he had cast into the waters, the waters were made sweet: (we must put the Cross int…

Romans 1:16-32 (KJV)
16
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: (is said in reference to the Cross) for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. (through the Cross, and the Cross alone, man is reconciled unto God)
17 For therein (through the Cross) is the righteousness of God (right with God) revea…

In the quiet garden of Heaven,
one day I’ll walk beneath the trees
with the coolness of God’s Spirit
flowing more gently than an Earthly breeze.
In the royal kingdom of priests,
I’ll run barefoot on streets of soft gold,
overwhelmed by the perfection of peace,
following where angels had previously strolled.
Before the awesome throne room,
I’ll exude continual heartfelt praise
as part of God’s familial host
safe and secure in everlasting days.
From my book: Reaching Towards His Unbounded Glor…

God's children should be strong because they were created in His image and likeness (Gn 1: 26); and God is powerful. We say about Him "Holy is the Lord God Almighty"; therefore, they should be strong like Him.
In the book of Numbers, when God ordered Moses to take a census of the people, this was restricted to young men who can go to war (Nu 1: 3). When the Song of Solomon talks about the men around King Solomon's throne, it describes them as valiant men; "They all hold swords, Being expert in…

When I say, "I am a Christian"
I'm not shouting, "I’ve been saved!"
I'm whispering, "I get lost!
That's why I chose this way"
When I say, "I am a Christian"
I don't speak with human pride
I'm confessing that I stumble—
Needing God to be my guide
When I say, "I am a Christian"
I'm not trying to be strong
I'm professing that I'm weak
And pray for strength to carry on
When I say, "I am a Christian"
I'm not bragging of success
I'm admitting that I've failed
And cannot ever pay the debt
When I sa…
